Residence Permit Application
Pursuant to the protocol signed between the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and the Ministry of Internal Affairs on November 29, 2023, students registered for one of the programs at our university (associate degree, undergraduate degree, graduate degree and doctorate) that are included in the student residence permit fee must submit the residence permit student registration form to the relevant units of our university (Student Affairs Department or International Student Office) as soon as possible after obtaining the student residence permit, without waiting for the dates specified below.
DOCUMENTS:
1-Residence permit registration/application form https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/ (with wet signature by the student)
2- Document showing that the residence permit fee has been paid (at the Nevşehir Tax Office Directorate or
https://dijital.gib.gov.tr/hizliOdemeler/gocIdaresiIkametTezkeresiHarciOdeme
Document showing that online payment was made via the internet address)
3- Passport or passport substitute document (original copy seen)
4- Document showing student status
5- 4 biometric photos
6- Valid health insurance (private health insurance that covers the period of UHI or residence permit application)
7- e-notification (UETS) address https://ptt.etebligat.gov.tr/login (Those who will apply for residence extension)
8- Document showing the address information where the person will stay
* If staying in his/her own home, a photocopy of the title deed (for extension applications, a
"residence certificate and invoice" is sufficient)
* If staying with a rental agreement, a notarized copy of the rental agreement
* If staying in accommodations such as hotels, a document proving that you stayed in these places.
* If staying in student dormitories, a document proving that you are staying in the dormitory
* If the sponsor is staying with him/her, a notarized commitment from the person he/she is staying
with (if the sponsor is married, a notarized commitment from his/her spouse as well)
9- For foreigners under 18 years of age; those arriving with a visa exemption or a visa for a different
purpose; a document containing parent/guardian information (birth certificate, family certificate, etc.)
and a consent letter given by the parent/guardian/legal representative (for those arriving with a visa
suitable for their purpose ((student visa)); a consent letter and a document containing
parent/guardian information will not be attached.)
